Hi i’m Madison! I was involved in a lot of activities while at xavier! I was center snare in our marching band, a percussionist, a group-improv-er, theatre techie, ceramics TA, Art club leader and so much more. I truly value all my time spent in the art room, all of the best things have happened to me there; Lifelong friends, new passions, and so SOO many new things to learn. Those times left a mark on me, so I wanted to leave marks on it before I left… In the main section of the art room (in the back of the room under the window) there is a mural I got to paint one last time with the most amazing friend I've ever had, next my handprints, and finally every single glaze tile was made by me. I’d hoped those tiles would help someone to fall in love with glaze and ceramics like I had! No matter what though, whoever reads this—never give up, on art or anything else, you are here for a reason and you just have to find it. I'm so grateful to say that I found my reason in that art room :] After graduation, the plan is to attend UNI, finding a way for art to maintain in my life and with an undecided major.
